Tribal Health
The Tribal Health program services will assist patients in receiving supplies and other durable goods not provided by IHS or covered through medicare. This would include such things as dietary supplements such as Ensure, Glucerna, and many others. We also help with walkers, wheelchairs, bath stools, and other prescribed equipment. We will help with up to $100 towards a purchase of eyeglasses. We also help to pay for dental labs for dentures, partials, and crowns. All of these services will be provided as long as the patient resides in our CHSDA, our our Contract Health Service Delivery Area, which means all natives living in Charles Mix Co. or a County touching Charles Mix.
